Sato Company introduced Anime Sato, a new YouTube channel focused on Japanese anime, animated movies, and live-action shows. The announcement was made at CCXP Mexico, with plans to offer free content and regular updates in Latin America.
Founded in 1985 by Nelson Sato, Sato Company has long been familiar to Brazilian anime enthusiasts, playing a key role in introducing Japanese productions to the country through various media platforms.

The company has a rich history of successful productions spanning multiple generations, including popular titles like Akira, Jaspion, Ultraman, and The Boy and the Garça, a Studio Ghibli film distributed by Sato Company in Brazil, which won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature in 2024.
Anime Sato is seen as an extension of the previous work, emphasizing YouTube over traditional platforms like cinema and TV. The official channel, known as Anime Sato, is dedicated to providing anime content with both dubbed and subtitled options.
